that have been replaced yet still retain some value. These online auctions are open to
all WOU students, staff, faculty as well as the general public. Throughout the year
various items will be posted with photos and descriptions of the items. Potential bidders<\/span>
will need to make an account for free on PublicSurplus.com<\/span><\/p>\n
purchase through this auction site. The items for sale will be sold as is, and those who
decide to bid on an item can make an appointment to inspect the item. Western Oregon
University staff cannot take or purchase any items for personal use prior to being
published on the public surplus site.<\/p>\n

premises. The person with the successful bid must submit a payment to the site within

University.<\/span> Pick-up must occur within ten (10) business days after notification of award.
The successful bidder is responsible for making an appointment for pick-up. Items will
not be given out without an appointment. The notice of award, payment receipt, and
personal identification must be presented at time of pick-up, or the item will not be
released. All sales are final. Public Processing will notify the buyer of payment receipt
