Once you’ve been admitted to WOU and confirm your enrollment, apply for Housing through your Housing Overview page<\/a> on the WOU Portal.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\nOctober 1, 2025 –\u00a0<\/strong>Part 1 of the Housing Application is available for students to complete.<\/span><\/p>\nJune 24th <\/strong>– Part 2 of the Housing Application begins! Students will go back into their Housing Application to List their Room Preferences, participate in Roommate Matching to confirm their roommate,\u00a0 select their Meal Plan, and sign their Housing Contract.<\/span><\/p>\nJuly 27th at 5pm – <\/b>Housing Contract due & Roommate Matching ends.<\/span><\/p>\nJuly 31st at Noon – <\/b>Room Assignments will be posted on your Housing Overview page.<\/span>
You must complete a housing application by July 27th in order to receive your room assignment on July 31st.\u00a0 Applications received after July 257h will receive their room assignment in September.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\nLate August\u00a0<\/strong>– Fall Class Registration will be checked.<\/span><\/p>\n\n- If you are not registered for classes (minimum of 6 credits for graduate students and 8 credits for under grad students) it may result in the cancellation of your room assignment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Your room assignment will get posted to your Housing Overview page on July 31st at Noon! Applying early will give you the best chance to get your highest preferences when it comes to room type or building. NOTE: If you submit your housing application after July 27th, you will reive your room assignment in September.<\/p>\n
Roommate Matching opens on June 24th.\u00a0 You will complete roommate matching questions when you complete your housing application.\u00a0 Based on that information you will be able to match with other incoming students to find your best roommate match.\u00a0 More information will be sent to you as it gets closer.
