Session aids help the session chairs keep things running smoothly and on time. Session aids may: welcome attendees, pass out attendance tickets to attendees, time presentations or pass out handouts during a presentation. Session aids are essential to creating a professional experience for presenters, attendees and chairs.<\/p>\n
Session aids who volunteer for at least one full shift of three hours receive a certificate of thanks. Aids who volunteer for more than two shifts (six hours) receive signed, personalized letters from the PURE director. All aids who work three sessions will receive some surprise swag on AES day!<\/p>\n
