(Neither of your parents has a Bachelor&#8217;s degree)<\/li>\n<li>Meet federal financial eligibility requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Have a documented physical or learning disability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>SEP Services<\/h1>\n<h3>What services are available?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>SEP offers the following free services to its participants:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Academic advising for students as they proceed through the General Education Program, choose a major, and file a degree plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partnering in the Destination Western residential orientation program to assist students with making a successful transition into the WOU community.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assistance working with various departments on campus to understand university policies and procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support advising for personal concerns and career goal setting and post baccalaureate opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individualized instruction with professional staff in reading, speech, study skills, writing and critical thinking skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seminars on topics of interest to students, such as: study skills, stress management, campus and community resources, time management, deciding on a major, financial aid, scholarship research, graduation requirements, National\u00a0Student Exchange Program (NSE) opportunities, continuing post-baccalaureate education, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admission to cultural enrichment activities to help students broaden their awareness and get to know other students.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Availability of textbooks, laptop, voice recorders, graphing calculators, resource materials, and a lending library for checkout to participants<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organized social programs to promote interaction among SEP participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1>FAQ<\/h1>\n<h3 class=\"sub_head_1\">Where can I find the application?<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/sep\/how-to-apply\/\">click here<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"sub_head_1\">When is the due date?<\/h3>\n<p>We do not have a deadline.
