Also, if gluten-free isn\u2019t your thing, this recipe works with any type of instant ramen noodles as a cheap and fast alternative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>TERIYAKI CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES WITH RAMEN NOODLES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Start to finish: 40 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servings: About 4 portions<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><b>Ingredients: <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 medium-to-large chicken breasts<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Poultry seasoning \u2014 a few pinches<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 medium onion \u2014 sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 yellow pepper \u2014 sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 orange pepper \u2014 sliced<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 \u00bd cups of snap peas<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 cups of cabbage (pre-shredded works)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 minced garlic cloves<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 packs of gluten-free ramen noodles<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 cups of water<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3-4 tablespoons of gluten-free teriyaki sauce<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><b>Instructions:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chop up chicken into either strips or chunks, using a separate cutting board for the raw chicken, and slice onions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Heat up oil in wok or large pan on medium-high heat and then add chicken, onions and garlic. Season chicken with poultry seasoning. Cook until chicken turns white on the outsides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add half of the teriyaki sauce. Simmer until caramelized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reduce to medium heat. Add peppers and snap peas. Cook for about one minute.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While the peppers cook, begin to boil water in separate pot. Add noodles in and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Separate noodles with fork as it cooks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Drain noodles and add to stir fry. Add cabbage and the remaining teriyaki sauce.
