Often the residence halls do not have access to a kitchen, only access to microwaves. Luckily, there are many residence hall-friendly recipes that are easy to make for all of those living off of dining hall food and crackers.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n MUGARONI<\/span><\/p>\n Start to finish: 5 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n \u00bd cup macaroni (or pasta of your choice)<\/span><\/p>\n \u00bd cup water<\/span><\/p>\n \u00bc cup cheese<\/span><\/p>\n Splash of milk<\/span><\/p>\n Pinch of salt<\/span><\/p>\n Pinch of pepper<\/span><\/p>\n In a mug, add in the macaroni, water and salt. Mix it all together and place in the microwave for 2\u20133 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Remove from the microwave and add in the milk, cheese and pepper. Mix again and microwave for another 30 seconds. Take it out, stir one last time and enjoy.<\/span><\/p>\n Recipe from Buzzfeed Tasty<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n MUG OMELETTE<\/span><\/p>\n Start to finish: 2 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n 2 eggs<\/span><\/p>\n 1 tablespoon water<\/span><\/p>\n Optional ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n \u00bd bell pepper<\/span><\/p>\n \u00bc cup spinach<\/span><\/p>\n Shredded cheese<\/span><\/p>\n Hame, turkey or bacon<\/span><\/p>\n Pinch of salt and pepper<\/span><\/p>\n Spray a microwave-safe mug with nonstick cooking spray.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Crack two eggs into the mug. Add one tablespoon of water. Stir well with a fork.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Season eggs with salt and pepper. Add in desired fillings. Microwave for 1-2 minutes (until eggs are cooked through and fluffy.)<\/span><\/p>\n
