Though there weren\u2019t many runners, it was still a success, given that the event got postponed to later in the week. The Fundie Run is a homecoming event that asks each contestant to donate at least two articles o<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/westernjournal\/files\/2016\/10\/Fundie-run-color-300x223.jpg\" alt=\"fundie-run-color\" width=\"254\" height=\"189\" class=\"wp-image-4385 alignleft\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wou.edu\/westernhowl\/files\/2016\/10\/Fundie-run-color-300x223.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wou.edu\/westernhowl\/files\/2016\/10\/Fundie-run-color.jpg 538w, https:\/\/wou.edu\/westernhowl\/files\/2016\/10\/Fundie-run-color-70x53.jpg 70w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 254px) 100vw, 254px\" \/>f clothing in order for them to enter a running race around Western\u2019s campus. The race is a mile long run that the participants compete in while wearing only underwear, or running clothes if they prefer. The race then ends at the bonfire location; the person who wins the race then lights the bonfire.
