MONMOUTH, Ore. 乐播视频 is pleased to announce the 38th Annual Wolves Athletics Auction presented by Oregon State Credit Union will be held on Saturday, June 1.听
The Wolves Athletic Auction is the premiere fundraiser for Wolves Athletics, helping to support the over 440 student-athletes across 14 men鈥檚 and women鈥檚 NCAA Division II teams and cheer. 鈥淭he Wolves Athletic Auction is important because it is the biggest fundraiser of the year for Wolves Athletics,鈥� says Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Randi Lydum. 鈥淚t has become a tradition at the university and in the community, and it brings alumni and friends of Wolves Athletics together to support all of our student-athletes.鈥�
Western senior Women鈥檚 Soccer standout Hannah Rispler will once again serve as the master of ceremonies for the evening, and alumna and former Volleyball and Track & Field standout Samantha Moore is the evening鈥檚 featured speaker.听
All proceeds from the evening go towards student-athlete scholarships, Wolves team equipment, and team programs. 鈥淭he impact of the auction is immeasurable and makes a big difference in the lives of all WOU student-athletes,鈥� says senior Women鈥檚 Soccer star Hannah Rispler. 鈥淭he auction not only provides scholarships for student-athletes that make our education possible but proceeds also support other team needs that benefit all student-athletes.鈥�
Attendees will have the opportunity to bid on dozens of high-quality items and experiences at the live and silent auctions. Additional elements of the event include a catered dinner with beer from Parallel 45 and wine from Eola Hills Winery, a curated wine wall, and a raffle.
