TABLES/CHAIRS USE FEES Tables Up to 20 $50.00 21-40 $100.00 41+ $150.00 Chairs Up to 50 $50.00 51-100 $100.00 100+ $150.00 PLEASE NOTE: Delivery and pick-up of racked tables & chairs are included in the above rental fees. It is expected that the tables & chairs will be returned to the racks prior to pickup. Additional labor charges will be applied for table/chair set-up, re-racking of tables/chairs and cleaning of tables/chairs if necessary. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT USE FEE Spider Box and cords 1 Day $50.00 2 Days $100.00 3+ Days $150.00 PLEASE NOTE: Spider box fee includes extension cords, cord covers and delivery/pickup. LABOR CHARGES Employee Per Hour/ Per Employee $50.00 Student Worker Per Hour/ Per Student $20.00 PLEASE NOTE: Facilities Services is available to help with event setup. Some of the services we provide are: Tables/Chairs Set-up if requested • Returning Tables/Chairs to Racks after event • Stage Set-up • Floor matting

  • Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. After we receive your request, someone from Facilities Services will contact you to confirm availability and dates.

    Equipment delivery and pickup is only scheduled during Facilities Services business hours (Monday- Friday 8:00am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-4:30pm)

    Additional labor charges will applied for any Facilities Services labor time beyond delivery & pick-up of tables/chairs/spider box. Additional labor charges include but are not limited to: table/chair set-up, re-racking of tables/chairs, cleaning of tables/chairs if necessary, stage set-up, and any additional work requested.
