      Dear Campus,

      Please consider submitting toWOU Academic Excellence Showcase (AES) today! This year’s AES will be held in person on Thursday, May 25,2023. Itis a great way to celebrate WOU students’ best work including research, scholarly work, capstone projects, creative arts, etc. The theme for the eventis “Looking to the Future”.

      Faculties and staff can submit a request for a session, performance, or event anytime between now and May 1, 2023. Once a session request is submitted, you can notify students to submit their presentations. Please note that there are two submission links: one for session request, and one for student presentations. The submission links can be found below, on the AES website:, and on the AES poster. On the poster, there is a QR code, scan the code will lead to the submission page. Both faculties/staff and students need to log on the Portal first to s ee the submission page.
