ÀÖ²¥ÊÓÆµ is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics.

ÀÖ²¥ÊÓÆµ is committed to an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.

If you are aware of fraud, waste, or abuse occurring within ÀÖ²¥ÊÓÆµ,Ìýwe want to know about it.ÌýYou can report concerns to campus management or through the Western OregonÌýUniversity hotline. The hotline is a confidential and anonymous reporting system operated by an independent, third-party vendor.

Employees who identify themselves and make a good faith report of suspected fraud, waste, or abuse are protected from retaliation in accordance with State Whistleblower Protection Law (ORS 659A).
