Mission: To provide students with a foundation of the critical components of exercise science, including knowledge and skills underlying key aspects of human movement and performance.

ÌýLearning Outcomes

  1. Students will acquire a basic understanding of human movement science.
  2. Students will examine the human movement in the context of individual, environmental, and task constraints.
  3. Students will utilize effective, evidence-based exercise intervention strategies appropriate for a range of individuals.
