Travel Fund Request – The Incidental Fee Committee has set aside $5,000.00 for the 2024-2025 Extraordinary Travel fund. The fully completed form should be submitted to either the IFC Travel Subcommittee Chair or the IFC secretary (office located in WUC room 121A).

Extraordinary Travel Fund is to be used for travel where ÀÖ²¥ÊÓÆµ is represented or its students derive benefits. Preference will be given to unanticipated travel unforeseen during the regular budget process. In order to be eligible the travel must be sponsored by an IFC funded area and its purpose must be consistent with the intent of OAR 580-010-0090(3)(d). These funds should also be considered as a last resort. These funds may be used to cover the cost of lodging, meals, transportation, and registration fees.

– This form shall be used during the budgeting process to request funds beyond the base budget. One form must be submitted per request. All requests are to be submitted with budget packets.
