Service Request Desk
The University Computing Solutions Service Request Desk (503-838-8925) is available Monday through Friday, 8a.m. – 5p.m.Ìýto document your IT service needs. Our Service Request Representatives will document any issues you are having and direct them to the available tech. Technicians are available Mon. thru Fri. 8a.m. – 12p.m. and 1p.m. – 5p.m. (closed 12p.m. – 1p.m.).Ìý Unfortunately, UCS is unable to provide any technical assistance on non-WOU owned equipment.
