Who We Are

ÀÖ²¥ÊÓƵ (WOU) is a mid-sized public comprehensive university located in the heart of Oregon’s lush Willamette Valley. The university serves a large number of first-generation college students. WOU has received national recognition for its commitment and success in serving students. Our student body of about 4800 undergraduate and 600 graduate students enjoys a vibrant and close-knit intellectual community.

As an employer, ÀÖ²¥ÊÓƵ may/may not choose to pursue employment-based permanent residence status for candidates. This decision will be on a case-by-case basis and based on the requirements, salary, and duties of the position. If we choose not to sponsor an employee for a position it will be clearly noted on the position announcement.

ÀÖ²¥ÊÓƵ is a smoke and tobacco free campus. For more information on our policy, visit Tobacco Free WOU.
